Cerner Clinical Reporting \ESH Systems Advisor

Dell, Inc.  is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a CERNER MILLENNIUM Clinical Reporting SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our virtual team.
* The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and must be able to work flexible schedules to include Monday – Sunday and all associated shifts.   The candidate will be able to work remotely from home and may be required to travel to client locations up to 25%.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide business systems and applications analysis support of the development for Cerner Millennium Clinical Reporting; including evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Responsibilities and duties associated with this position include but may not be limited to:
·         Responsible for ongoing enhancements to the current functionality; troubleshooting; training of new end-users.
·         Build and troubleshoot of Clinical Reporting
- Provide application support and maintenance for Cerner Millennium Clinical Reporting as well as other systems that are currently utilized
- Work with business users to identify requirements for maintaining application tables, dictionaries, and parameters required for system operation and configuration
·         Understand  current design and implications to process and workflow
·         Serve as primary contact for application design regarding new requirements
·         Coordinate with the appropriate members of the support team in policy and procedure formation.
·         Provide support for testing and conversion activities
- Provide after-hours “on-call” support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems escalated by the service management team
- Execution of projects and enhancements within the Cerner Millennium Clinical Reporting environment to support the business needs of clinical departments
- Installing patches/fixes provided by the vendor in accordance with change control processes


The minimally qualified candidate will have a complete understanding of the Cerner Millennium Charting or Clinical Reporting application. The outstanding candidate will also possess knowledge of clinical departments to include ancillary service areas, previous hospital experience and knowledge of work flow processes; a clinical background in an inpatient environment, and experience implementing clinical systems.

Required Skills:
·         Minimum 2 years’ experience building and supporting Cerner Millennium Clinical Reporting
·         Minimum 1 year experience developing and supporting CCL scripts
·         Excellent oral and written skills
·         Excellent customer service skills
Desired Skills:
·         Experience with other Cerner Millennium applications.
·         Prior system implementation and/or support experience
·         Previous hospital experience preferred
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent
