Job Title: Office Assistant

Report to:Administrative Assistant

Overall responsibility

Responsible for supporting the smooth running of office operations through cleaning and running of office errands.

Main Tasks
·                     Clean the office
·                     Prepare tea for staff
·                     Prepare meeting room for meetings
·                     Attend to staff during meetings
·                     Run on company errands
·                     Help the administrative Assistant in her duties.
·                     Any other duties that maybe assigned by management from time to time.
Knowledge and skills

The position requires the following knowledge and skills for effective and efficient delivery of the expected standards of performance.

Education: KCSE Minimum C –

Experience: Minimum of two years

Skills: Customer care, Good communication, Basic Computer applications

Desirable: Certificate in Office Administration, Certificate in house keeping

Disposition: Committed, Innovative and Creative,Team player, Good communication skills both oral and written, Good at decision making, Initiative taking, Results oriented

Age: Above 18 years
