SHES personnel in the absence of SHES divisional managers
Primary
Responsibilities
1. Conducts total site SHES management to achieve the Project Objectives.
2. Establishes SHES rules, standards and procedures for field work in
compliance with CONTRACTOR's safety regulations, the COMPANY's
safety requirements, and local regulations.
3. Ensure that Corporate SHES requirements are incorporated in project specific
procedures and plans.
4. Organizes and presides over the safety committee.
5. Maintains close coordination with the COMPANY's SHES Manager.
6. Coordinates with other group managers to ensure satisfactory
implementation of required activities.
7. Conducts and or confirm daily safety works

�� Safety and security patrol
�� SHES meeting
�� Maintaining of safety sign board and instrument
8. Checks construction plans for safety before starting work and discusses
work plans with the Construction Manager, Superintendents and
subcontractors.
9. Supervises Safety personnel for close control of jobsite safety.
10. Establish an emergency response organization and required plans to
mitigate the consequences of any potential incident.
11. Ensure an effective fire prevention and management organization.
12. Arrange and conduct emergency exercises as per the project SHES
procedures.
13. Reviews accident/incident reports prepared by the line managers and
supervisors and reports results to the Site Manager, Deputy Site Manager and
other managers immediately. Ensures corrective action is taken to prevent
recurrence of accident/incident.
14. Analyzes all accident cases to determine the extent of violation of field
safety and security standards, and develops preventive measures to avoid
accident recurrence.
15. Reviews and comments on subcontractor SHES plans and ensures
