Administration Assistant Job In Westlands Kenya.


Administration Jobs in Kenya. Corporate Staffing Services Ltd is a fast growing HR and recruitment consultancy firm located in Westlands Nairobi.  We offer recruitment, HR consultancy and outsourced labor services to our diverse clientele.

Due to the continued growth and the need to offer our clients the best services, a vacancy has arisen in the admin division.
We are looking to hire a self driven, ambitious, organized lady to serve as an adimisnitration assistant.

Admin Job Responsibilities:
Preparing client briefs defining recruitment requirements
Initiating talent search efforts at the beginning of each recruitment
Identifying ideal candidates to fill client vacancies through a rigorous short-listing process
Undertaking, in collaboration with the Recruitment Consultant, candidate interviews
Preparing recruitment reports and maintaining recruitment statistics and files
Preparing marketing documentation including client proposals;
Office administration functions
CV writing services.

Requirements:
Hold a qualification in business administration, marketing or communications.
Have at least  one year work experience witin service industry
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
(Those who have written articles before will have an added adavtange)
Must demonstrate leadership skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure is key.
Aged 25 years and above.
Mature and presentatable.

Salary: Salary is open to negotiation based on experience.
