Brand Manager

Candidate Profile:

•  5-7 years experience in brand/private label management

•   Experience must be from a reputable organization in consumer products with solid experience in:

1.  New product development

2.  Consumer H&A analysis.

3.  Brand communication strategy & development (ATL – BTL)

4.  Media planning

5.  Brand health tracking.

6.  Market/channel sales & distribution planning and monitoring.

•  Past retail experience is a plus

The role is covering 2 business areas: (Corporate Brand & Private Label)


•  Lead all  research projects,  Ad- Hoc researches (Brand image, customer satisfaction, customer segmentation, stores shopper demographics etc) 

•  Brand Health & Communication Tracker (development and analysis)

•  understand shopper behavior and drive category insights and merchandising improvements.

Brand Identity & Fact Book  development

•  Develop the brand objectives (based on research results and customers priorities)

•  Review Brand Identity and Develop Brand Fact Book (cover all brand elements and customer touch points)

•  Develop the communications strategy to achieve the brand objectives (brand building)

Communication planning and execution

•  Contribute in the development of the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with brand objectives

•  Development of  thematic events Creative concepts (Review Creative, Copy and production of TV ads & Radio)

•  Sponsorship and Social responsibility development and execution.

•  Review  Media Exposure: evaluate existing channels, explore new channels, media spend analysis Vs competition, etc.

•  Promote own Brands (Bookstore, Service Center, Gifts Voucher, Loyalty Program,  E-Commerce)

•  Partners Joint Marketing Activities - lead all joint marketing activities with business partners (Telecom, Banks, etc)

Private Label

Main categories: Office supplies, School Supplies, Computer Supplies

Support JM Brand Management:

•  Research Image & Attitude

•  Review Range Architecture (Main Brand + Brand Extensions)

•  Brand vision & Fact Book development

•  Review current packaging and upgrade as per the brand vision

•  Develop Innovation Plan - After Brand Architecture Review - Jointly with  distribution & category Team

Activities & Communication

•  Develop an annual Marketing Calendar for Roco Brand (in coordination with JM)

•  Develop the media plan (in coordination with MEDIA & PR)

•  Review In-store Branding of Roco and develop Standard Branding tools for placement

•  Development and production of all brand communication materials ATL & BTL (TVC, Radio, trade briefs, POS, catalogues, etc)
