Head International Mobility

The role holder will facilitate delivery of the International Mobility agenda from an HR SSC Operations perspective, ensuring a strong control environment, the integrity and availability of Talent Acquisition production data, a fit for purpose platform and full implementation of global processes.

The role holder is accountable for International Mobility (IM) Service Delivery; IM reporting and analytics; system management; and risk and compliance; working closely with the Talent Acquisition Operations/Delivery heads, Talent Acquisition COE, HRSSC and GTO to optimize operational efficiency/delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
Required Skills:
1. At least 12+ Years experience in Human Resources at both operational and strategic level;
2. Experience of managing International Mobility processes;
3. Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with senior members of the HR Function;
4. High level of analytical ability;
5. Commercially and culturally aware with high sensitivity to the social, economic and political environment;
6. Highly customer focussed, as demanded in a service industry.
7. Strong leadership and people management skills to direct a large team;
8. In depth knowledge of all subjects in HR with experience of international practices and operational procedures;
9. Strong project management skills and proven delivery capabilities - track record of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term);

1. MBA with specialization in HR .Experience in Project Management /Service Quality will be an advantage.
2. Knowledge of banking business/financial services and IT/ITeS industry in India is a distinct advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of HR databases and recruitment systems (e.g. PeopleSoft);
4. Proven experience of using MS Excel to manipulate and analyse data:
5. Proven experience in coaching, managing and engaging a team
6. Proven experience in technology management;
7. Experience of MS Office Products.
