CITAM wishes to engage the services of professional Christians who subscribe to it's Vision, Mission, Core values and Statement of faith in various departments.

Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM), wishes to recruit a born again Sales & Marketing Manager. The position is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for the business of the station, developing and implementing business plans and ensuring that agreed targets are realised. Also responsible for coordinating research, marketing studies, product development and sales.

Key duties and responsibilities:

T.1Development of marketing and pricing strategy for the station

T.2Determine the demand for product/services offered by the station and competitors

T.3Building of relationships with clients, managing and motivating the sales executives

T.4Identification of potential markets

T.5Development of new products in response to market developments and trends

T.6Promotion of station services to prospective customers and listeners

T.7Develop publicity programs

T.8Develop marketing proposals

T.9Assign sales territories/goals

T.10Advise sales team on ways to improve performance

T.11Maintain contact with key clients

T.12Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential

T.13Monitor customer habits and trends

T.14Handle special events e.g. sponsorship/parties/product launches etc

T.15Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

T.16Ensuring the team works towards achieving and surpassing sales targets

T.17Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.


Requirements



    First degree in Sales and Marketing.
    Professional training in Sales and or/ Marketing, Business Development.
    Eloquent.
    At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity
