Our Contact Center's Management Trainee Program is ideal for individuals interested in moving into management and wanting to coach a team of Contact Center Representatives to exceptional performance.

The Contact Center Management Trainee Program is designed to build necessary skills to enhance coaching, communication, and leadership while learning about our company and the call center environment. The position also offers the possibility to work from home upon successful completion of the program and movement into a management role. Interested applicants must be willing, and have the ability, to work from home in the future.

The program is one to two years, with advancement based on individual performance and opportunities. You will begin the program by gaining valuable experience handling escalated calls within our Helpdesk department. Throughout the next several months you will also take part in many activities and training courses that will help prepare you for management within our centers. As you progress you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion in these areas will result in pay increases and opportunities for promotion.

Management trainees are required to work flexible schedules that include working day and/or evening schedules, and one weekend day.

Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will work to consistently positively impact our business and learn to develop employees to have a positive impact as well. You will be responsible for managing productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction scores of Reservation Sales Representatives and Customer Support Representatives while regulating costs. You also will have the opportunity to work with a Department Manager to learn the day to day operational responsibilities of a manager. Throughout the program you will assist with handling customer concerns and escalated calls while also completing the MT training and development roadmaps.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree required
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Minimum of 1 year work experience at the same employer required
* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required
* Experience in sales and management is preferred
* Must be willing, and have the ability, to work from home
* Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Must be able to work 40 hours per week
* Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours, holidays, and one weekend day required
