Job’s location: Belfast,UK

Daily duties:
•You will be working on a multinational team and
•Be fully trained in the newest technology before starting in the role
•Handling customer requests in written form, such as email, letters, faxes, chat and forums and resolving technical problems
•Liaising with other departments and technicians to fully resolve the issue

Requirements:
•Native level of Norwegian and fluency in English
•Strong communication skills
•Knowledge of standard computer applications
•Team skills
