Job Description
This role will be a 6 month contract that will allow you to expose yourself to new technologies and give you a great opportunity to grow your career. You will be responsible for attending JAD sessions as well as working closely with both the business teams, QA, and development teams. Additionally you will be working to maintain application operational documentation at a high level as well as documenting the processes with all middleware support.

Job Requirements
5+ years experience Technical Writing

    previously wrote use guides and manuals
    primarily technical manuals intended for developers , not business users
    comfortable with documenting application operations

Familiar with playbooks and runbooks

    grouping of the procedures and operations which the administrator or operator of the system carries out

Optional Requirements
Previous worked as a developer
Payments or banking background

    EDI or SWIFT transactions

International experience
