Organisation Description

This is a private equity real estate investment group focusing on first tier pan-Asian markets. Their core business covers property acquisitions and divestments, property development and redevelopment, project and asset management, property marketing and leasing, as well as architectural design and surveying.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Organize market research and analysis to assist sales and leasing of group's portfolios;
• Develop overall marketing and promotion strategies for group's commercial and residential portfolio in Hong Kong and Taiwan;
• Plan and arrange marketing collaterals and media advertising campaign;
• Plan and oversee yearly promotion activities and budget;
• Liaise and coordinate with agencies, suppliers and media for sales and leasing activities;
• Assist and mobilize team members to achieve assigned sales and leasing tasks;
• Maintain good relationship with tenants and monitor tenants' participations in promotion activities;
• Responsible for sales of group's properties, including preparing of show flats, sales office, all related advertising and promotion functions especially write up of editorial materials and liaising with reporters.

Person Specification

Requirements:

• University qualification;
• Not less than 5 years in either property consultants or developers dealing with sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties;
• Good market senses;
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency; fluent Putonghua is an advantage;
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Mature, hard working and could work independently;
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
