An international retail company is seeking a Fashion Designer within their Young Ladies-wear division to lead the design team and support the Buying and Operations teams.

A key element of this role will be to manage design processes rather than actually design. This will involve researching and implementing future fashion trends and seasonal colour palettes. You will also update bestselling styles and prints, while developing retail store POS. Contributing to website presentation and social media communication will also be a pivotal responsibility of the role.

Ideally you will be degree-educated in a Fashion Design, Graphic Design or related discipline with experience in young ladies budget level fast fashion across multiple product categories. Strong experience of the German and Austrian markets is advantageous, with knowledge of the US market preferred but not essential. Experience of trend and colour research is important and the ability to manage a team.
