Position Summary
The Multi-Channel team is looking for a Senior Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives focused on how Walmart can optimize and expand its Site to Store – Pick Up Today offering to customers. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-faceted team and own initiatives that will have a direct and visible impact across the Walmart chain.

Position Description
Delivers multi-channel programs by leading cross-functional teams; building consensus and support; and overcoming obstacles and challenges.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Multi-Channel strategies by identifying customer and operational needs; developing
and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability
and supporting continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications
 At least 5 years of previous business management or product management experience
 Experience diagnosing a situation and defining a strategy for optimization and growth
 Demonstrated track record of working successfully with and influencing teams across organizations, and geographically separated teams
 Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables) required, and with SQL (basic queries) desired.
 BS in Business, Engineering or related field, MBA preferred

 Strong analytical and quantitative skills and business judgment
 Superior written and oral communication skills
 The ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal
 Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions.
