Bid Manager, Customer Service and Relationship Managers Jobs in Kenya

We are seeking to fill the following positions

1. Relationship Managers (On-Target-Earnings between KES 450k and 690k.)

Key Performance areas for the role:

    Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with customers
    Develop strong working relationships with customers at all levels, to achieve buy-in and implement the agreed Customer Value Propositions.
    Achieve targets on sales volumes and commercial contribution.
    Identify and pursue all opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Minimum requirements/Competencies

    Bachelor’s degree in any related area of study with at least 3 years work experience
    Hands on experience in selling and customer relationship management
    Good problem solving skills

2. Customer Service Manager

Call center management experience is a pre-requisite for this role.

Key Performance areas for the role:

    Manage all customer service functions in the call center with emphasis on creating and maintaining call center protocolsand guidelines that are focused on customer satisfaction, responsiveness and operational efficiencies.
    Develop a customer service policy for the organization.
    In conjunction with HR, hire, train, supervise and manage all customer service agents.
    Provide leadership, feedback and coaching as needed
    Other duties as assigned
    Recommend changes to customer service processes in effort to improve service and overall customer service satisfaction

Minimum requirements/Competencies

    Bachelor’s degree in any related area of study with at least 3 years work experience
    Hands on experience in call center management
    Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Bid Manager

Bids are a high-stakes, ultra-competitive business, with no second prizes or chances. Because they are so critical to winning new work, as well as keeping existing contracts, the bid manager will be a vital team member of our commercial department.

Key Performance areas for the role:

    Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
    Working under the direction of the commercial director, the Bid managerwill be required to have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how their organisation can provide that.
    Work closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts when required.

Minimum requirements/Competencies

    Bachelor’s degree in any related area of study with at least 3 years work experience
    Hands on experience in managing bidding process
    Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
