Job Description

- Improve go-to market strategy and expand Oil Gas sales team responsible for named accounts
- Expand Energy Oil Gas portfolio in the marketplace through effective positioning of Siemens products and services
- Collaborate with Energy Oil Gas Houston Project Management and Engineering team to effectively execute project locally
with resource support globally
- Provide support to the sales team to properly define appropriate solution in support of customer opportunities. These resources also support Project execution
- Develop clear divisions of responsibilities and scope and ensure alignment of sales and marketing
- PL responsibility for Compression and Solutions and Industrial Power business units in Canada

- Experienced professional with 15 years experience the Oil and Gas Industry with global exposure and a familiarity with the Canadian market
- Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive go to market strategy for diverse and complex product and solution portfolio
- Strong understanding of power generation business for industrial power
- Knowledgeable and able to articulate Canadian requirements on power generation applications towards HQ product development
- Knowledge of compressors and relevant electrical packages
- Understanding of relevant water treatment applications
- Excellent understanding of Upstream extraction including mining SAGD - both onshore and offshore Midstream pipeline business and Downstream refineries
- Experience overseeing multiple complex projects from bid stage to delivery
- An aptitude for working in a matrix environment while maintaining a sense of entrepreneurialism
- Strong customer relationship focus, business development and/or marketing
- Strong communicator with highly developed leadership capabilities
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Technically proficient
