:
Company Product Distribution while Creating avenues to enable more efficient distribution and growth
of the company through realization of set weekly, monthly, Bi-annual and annual revenue targets.

URPOSE
|
Accomplish business development and sales activities by identifying and recruiting an able sales team that
will distribute the company’s wellness products, researching and developing marketing opportunities and
plans; implementing and monitoring sales revenues and plans; managing staff.
D
UTIES
|
• Meet the set revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual basis.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and
disciplining Sales staff under his docket.
• Implement and manage the sales and marketing strategy for the company, this will include budget
planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions by his team.
• Achieve Sales and marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales
information and recommendations to enable strategic plans and reviews on a regular basis.
• Monitor the competition and keep the company abreast of all the new products and services being
introduced into the market for purposes of enabling the company stay ahead of the completion in
the wellness industry.
• Attend Management meetings and other strategic planning activities organized by the company as
a representative of the Sales and Marketing department.
Identify and take the lead on all marketing activities and opportunities that will present the
company with avenues of building its Brand and enhancing its image to the target market.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual
budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for
regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing
trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs,
competition, supply and demand.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and
evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales
action plans.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market,
competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business;
establishing targeted market share.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on

UALIFICATIONS
|
1. Strong background in Sales, preferably in the Insurance sector. (Medical Insurance experience is an
added advantage.
2. Minimum of 2 years in a Sales position with a proven track record of meeting monthly targets on a
regular basis.
3. Ability to formulate marketing Concepts and strategic company positioning.
4. Posses People Management skills and proper planning skills.
5. Must be able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays where necessary and
should work well with minimal supervision.
6. Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to identify and take advantage of Sales and
Marketing opportunities whenever they present themselves.

EMUNERATION
|
This will be both on a;
1. Graduated retainer
2. Override percentage from commissions paid out on a month to month basis
