One of the top private equity houses in Moscow is looking for the analyst wih IB or PE background within the areas of metals&mining, retail, consumer goods and energy.

Primary responsibilities:
• Analysis of budgets/business plans of portfolio companies, interaction with the management of portfolio companies
• Industry and company research and analysis
• Analysis of projects, financial statements
• Financial modeling
• Business valuation
• Market surveys
• M&A / IPO pitch books, teaser letters, prepare data rooms and organized due-diligence visits
• Preparation of presentations/executive summaries for internal investment committees and boards, preparation of presentations/teasers/information memoranda/term sheets for outside users

Qualifications:
- Degree in finance/economics from reputable university
- Additional studies abroad (language: English) are welcome
- Research (industry and company-specific)
- Valuation (DCF, comparable companies)
- Support of due diligence process (sell-side and buy-side)
- Previous position of analyst in reputable PE or investment bank in Russia or abroad; or corporate finance department- Track record of M&A projects (closed and not closed) in which technical and personal skills at analyst level were required.
- 1-3 years work experience in a leading company for ANL position
