Job Details

1.Monitoring the CCTV cameras and checking on the links for all the branches.
2.To report to the networking technician and the concerned team if any link is down and follow up for the same.
3.Monitoring the movements of the staffs at the branches.
4.Checking whether the staffs present are in their uniforms and decently dressed.
5.Monitoring the flow of customers in the branches and also the movement of customers. Also whether all the customers are being attended by the sales staffs.
6.To check as to whether the staffs during their idle time are using their cell phones for calling or SMS’s or whether they are making groups and have a chit chat.
7.To monitor what time a staff moves out of the branch and what time does he/she walks in back.
8.To check if any unusual thing happening in the branch.
9.To record the clippings wherever necessary and save it on the flash and/or a CD/DVD.
10.To prepare daily reports and send it to the Management.
