School Principal Jobs Vacancy in Kenya 2012
A private school located 2 hours north of Nairobi seeks to recruit a school head at a mixed day and boarding school, offering Primary and Secondary education.

Education and Experience:

    Degree in Education or Degree in another field with a Diploma or Masters degree in Education
    Minimum 4-5 years experience in heading a school
    Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Working knowledge of finance and policy management

(Work experience in heading a private mixed school is an added advantage)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    A clear understanding of the Kenyan Education system and operations of the Ministry of Education
    Good strategic thinking and goal orientation
    Ability to carry out duties with a high level of professionalism
    Willingness to be a team player and ability to be flexible in all situations
    Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
    Ability to multitask with accuracy in a deadline driven environment
    Excellent organizational and report writing skills

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience
