Administration Manager / Team Leader / FinanceNetworx

 Job Description

Our client now has an opportunity for an Administration Manager to manage the Masterfile operational delivery within the finance department and manage overall performance and compliance with our client’s policies. The role is based in Manchester for a Competitive Salary.



Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with business expectations; you will perform monthly reviews of the data held within the group database and reconcile records on the systems. Managing the financial Masterfiles, you will maintain the records ensuring only approved and valid records are being held. You will also be responsible for the training, and development of staff as well as keeping regular communication with stakeholders, building positive, strong relationships. Driving operational improvement, you will ensure all targets are met and act as the lead on all Masterfile questions and problems.






Job Requirements

Ideally educated to degree level / qualified through a relevant professional qualification (eg. AAT), you will have experience of supervising a team within a Finance environment. You will have a track record of building relationships and be able to deliver KPI’s as well as meeting targets across a small team. Having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will have excellent IT skills (ERP, MS Office) as well as proven time management skills. Experience of managing a Masterfile team would be an advantage, as would coming from a process background (Six Sigma / LEAN).
