Infrastructure Portfolio Manager

Overall Role Purpose
Leadership and management of the Infrastructure Programme. This is a complex programme of various work-streams which require strong risk, financial, planning and project execution skills.

Accountabilities
. To undertake all aspects of programme management for the delivery of multiple work streams or projects to deliver an overall solution.
. The programme manager will provide coaching and mentoring to project managers within a programme context.
. The programme manager will build and manage multiple teams across multiple locations.
. The programme manager will maximise client satisfaction and will aim to protect and maximise revenue streams associated with a project
. Programmes up to £14m in value, very large in size, very high risk profile and complexity

Skills & Experience Required
. Have a deep understanding of revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly.
. Accurately forecast budget and revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and resource utilisation.
. Assure project legal documents are completed and signed and have a detailed understanding of all contractual obligations and constraints
. Be proficient in costing and pricing models and invoicing procedures
. Effectively convey the client position in both written and verbal discussions
. Have Experience of running complex programmes with a budget up to £10m Have experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors
. Have proven experience in delivering solutions within the UK and internationally
. Proven experience in customer facing delivery and development projects
. Strong background in risk management
