The Iron Skillet is also “The Favorite Breakfast Stop” serving breakfast 24-hours a day.



We are presently seeking qualified candidates with the following skills:

·         Minimum 1 – 3 years experience as Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor in a sit down/casual dining environment

·         Experience in inventory control, staff supervision, labor cost control, food preparation and strong customer service

·         Strong supervisory/leadership skills

·         Experienced in hiring, training and management of up to 20 crew members

·         Computer literate/strong PC skills

·         Demonstrated record in customer service and sales generation

·         High school graduate required

·         ServSafe certification preferred but not required

·         Able to work varied shifts to include weekends
