Stirling Dynamics is an internationally based, engineering and consultancy firm that provides support to a wide range of aerospace programs and engineering companies. The company has five international offices that specialize in aircraft systems, controls, aerodynamics and structures applications in the defense and commercial industrial sectors. As a result of sustained growth within the aerospace sector, the company is now recruiting highly motivated Stress Engineers to expand the structures team in the Seattle, WA office.

The structures team is currently recruiting:
• Entry level graduate engineers
• Experienced Stress Engineers with up to 10 years of relevant experience
• Lead Stress Engineers with 10+ years of commercial aircraft experience http://engineeringjobs-usa.com

Minimum Qualifications:
• United States citizenship or a valid US Green Card
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to perform stress hand calculations
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
• Ability to work independently

A background in one or more of the following is preferred:
• Metallic aircraft stress analysis
• Composite stress analysis
• Fatigue and damage tolerance
• Linear and nonlinear finite element analysis including Patran and Nastran
• Experience with FAA/EASA certification standards and means of compliance (senior position)
