Introduction
The candidate should have a strong manufacturing background and extensive working experience in ERP
environment. Reporting to the Deputy Finance Director

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• An undergraduate degree in finance/Accounting
• A qualified CPA (K) /CIMA,/ ICWA or equivalent
• Strong IT skills with experience of working in ERP environment;
• Sound knowledge in development of various MIS and reconciliation /control reports
• Ability to lead and motivate team to optimal performance
• At least 12 - 15 years relevant preferably in a manufacturing industry


Job Specification
Job Profile

Oversee the accounting of and reporting on procurement of raw materials, production, finished goods,
invoicing to customers, inventory as well as booking of staff and other costs incurred at plants

Fixation of process-wise input/output ratios and cost parameters for each product/services and
benchmarking with industry and international norms

Development of product/service costs and generation of reports for management information and cost
control purpose

Preparation of cost sheet and comparison of actual costs with standard costs for each input i.e. raw
material, labour, power, fuel, etc. and submission of reports to management on deviations.
