Introduction
The position shall report to the Deputy General Manager-Sales. The Regional Sales Executives will be
responsible for selling company‘s products to increase sales volumes and manage customer relationships in
the designated region/areas.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in business management with specialization in marketing/engineering
5 years technical sales experience preferably in cement/industrial chemical industry
Age between 30 - 35 years
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Quality to work in a Team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literacy and excellence in standard office computer applications


Job Specification
•Undertake aggressive sales activity initiative to win business and increase sales revenue

•Analyze the market to identify new customers and new prospects;

•Manage customer relationship to ensure customer loyalty;

• Consult with distributors and customers on problems of service & quality and initiate corrective
measures to ensure excellent customer service;

•Gather market intelligence and propose corrective action to management

•Analyze sales data and prepare reports of the region for management information purpose.
