Core Responsibilities:



    Ability to build a strategy around effective branding and marketing measures to attract active candidates to our technology positions.
    Be able to source resumes.
    Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
    Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
    Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
    Leverage online recruiting resources and own network to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
    Works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the human capital needs of the departments and positions identified to ensure efficient and effective hiring.

Minimum Experience :



    Minimum 1yr of US IT Staffing experience required.
    Good communication skills.
    Strong learning drive and ability.
    Looking for growth in a fast-paced environment and wiling to cope up with the challenges involved.
    Worked on US recruitment process in large organization Setup. Excellent in Verbal/written communication skills.
    Understanding client requirements
    Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting
    Sourcing high-quality candidates, Screening, Negotiations, Interview scheduling

Ideal Candidate Experiences :



    1 – 4yrs of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technical/technology related positions in US Staffing domain.
    Ability to hire on different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.
    Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.
    Should have expertise on sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CarerBuilder, HotJobs, NetTemps, Corp-Corp and networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and also knowledge of various free job sites.
    This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices.
    An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
    Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national and multi-location level.
    A wide degree of creativity, near-term and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
    Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
    Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
