PRIMARY FUNCTION

* Managing existing FF&E inventories, planning for re-use and disposal processes as required
* Creating all government- required transition submittals and working directly with Cazador project team during the full life cycle of a contract
* Responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls including budget, schedule, and process are followed and reported accurately.
* Global travel up to 50% will be required and durations 6-8 weeks at a time will be necessary.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree or 10 years professional experience in a related field
* Minimum 5 years Healthcare Transition Planning experience in a lead role.
* Ability to interpret blueprints
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
* Must pass standard background check and have the ability to obtain a military base clearance

Internal Audit Officer

Overall Purpose

Recoveries Officer

Overall Purpose

The position is responsible for the collection and management of the non performing asset portfolio of the Bank

Key Responsibilities

    Make contact with defaulting Customers either by calling or visiting them with an aim of negotiating settlement of arrears.
    Issuing demand letters to Customers who have fallen into arrears
    Work closely with legal department in the issuance of Statutory notices
